For sale is a used, SPI tool setter. Just dial your mill down with this little unit on your (conductive) surface and the little red light lights up when you are 2.0000" above the surface. Then you can set your tool heights, and even G54 fixture offsets, etc. It is accurate to a couple tenths all day long for me and is probably about 8-10 years old, I can't remember. It is about 2 inches in diameter, and the top paddle is spring loaded. For best results dial down in .001" increments, then back off when it lights up, and dial down again in .0001" increments. Love this tool, but don't need it anymore - moved on to another job. Comes with orginal wood case.
