NEW POLICE RAIN JACKET REVERSABLE ORANGE/BLACK SIZE SM
This is a new reversible duty wind breaker/jacket. Both sides weather resistant. The jacket features snap adjustable cuffs, an elastic waist band, and zips up with a plastic rust-proof zipper.
