From the estate of an eastern shore toolmaker comes this unique 4 jaw chuck.
The jaws can be independently open their full length just like any four jaw chuck.
Then they can be opened and closed like a three jaw chuck.
The full holding range of an 8" chuck is available.
The jaws can be reversed to hold in the other direction.
Great for turning multiple pieces of rectangular, square stock irregular stock.
Also for turning or boring eccentrics.
Chuck is standard 8" size X 7" long
D6 mount only three pins used.
It is in excellent operating condition.
Needs cleaning has not been used for two years since owner retired.
