This item was just received as used surplus inventory. I'm not equipped to test this item. It looks in fair to poor condition; it has heavy signs of use and wear (mostly rust). It has Honda 9HP GX270 Small engine. No cables, manuals or accessories are included.
Also let me know if there is a loading dock available, or if you will require liftgate service. You may also use a forklift or unload by hand to avoid using a liftgate truck (this option is not available for all items.)
