This is for a Phase panel meter. The model # is 38754. Some of these were manufactured by Harris Technical Services Corp and also by Telephonics Corp. I don't know which company made this particular meter. In fact, I'm not certain which is in the sealed unit you'll open. A similar meter was also manufactured by Triplett, but those are model # 420-R.This comes to you new in an original box, with a 14 day guarantee. The accessory screw kit is included. There is an internal meter zeroing adjustment. The sizes that you'll need are in the last image, below (use the 420-R specs). Please click on the thumbnails to enlarge the pictures.
