Powder coating oven inside dimensions are 8ft wide x 8ft high x 20ft deep, 4 inch insulated walls, aluminized steel interior and galvanized exterior construction. Unit is designed to 500 F degree . Standard construction is double front doors with burner & blower rear mounted to save ceiling height space. The heavy duty structure allows the doors and hinges to maintain their intergrity and structure after many years of use at these high temperatures without structual fatigue. All inner panel material is aluminized steel for rust prevention and will not have any known chemical reactions with your powder coating process. The outer skin of the panels are galvanized steel for rust prevention.
The natural gas or propane burner is UL Listed,(most City Inspectors prefer UL) with automatic ignition, flame rectification with 15 second lock out for flame proof and reset with 100% safety shutdown in the event of non spark. This feature is a HONEYWELL module which electronically manages the operation of the burner in cordination with these safety devices and the digital control set point.
The blower is designed for full air flow throughout the oven. from rear to front door entry with supply air ducted and adjustable dampers on both sides of the oven such that no hot spots occur due to the ability to adjust the heated air flow from front to rear. The air return is top center for natural gathering of the return air and circulated to the rear for a continuous air flow design. This design is normally found on well engineered ovens and is standard with out type of design.
Control Panel is with all U.L LISTED components, including disconnect, digital control,with high limit from 0-999 F temperature, IEC motor starters ,and lights & switches.
