This listing is for one adapter as shown. The adapter includes an in-line lead wire at least 5 feet long. The wire insulator is electric blue. The wire is terminated with two female contacts (for the 12vdc circuit) in a 4-contact Molex shell. This is same as used in a PC 12vdc circuit. The fuse is "fast blow" type, .23 inch (5.9mm) diameter x 1.18 inch (30mm) long. The photo shows one assembled adapter and one disassembled adapter without the Molex termination. These adapters are "new" surplus, never used.
