Spring Loaded New Drift Drill. HMC4248.
This tool is used to remove morse taper drill shanks from Drill Chucks. You insert the wedge into the slot and then rapidly move the handle in forcing the wedge against the drill shank and thus removing it from the chuck. NO HAMMERING NECESSARY....NO NEED TO BANG THOSE HANDS UP! Not with this tool anyway!
