Sitting on a metal L shaped bracket, the hood clamps to the lathe bed and therefore can be positioned where you need it. The clear plastic guard is fully adjustable to allow for maximum visibility whilst giving optimum dust collection. With a 4" outlet, this will fit all major brands of dust extractor. This kit is not suitable for lathes with a swivelling headstock. Overall height of the perspex part is (from to bottom) 7.5â€.
