This is a Nice Double Acting Pneumatic SMC Linear Ball Slide, Model # MXU6-30-A96L.
The MXU series incorporates a miniature linear guide and a free mount cylinder. The MXU series can be mounted on 3 sides.
Mounting is possible in three directions.
Slide measures 1 1/2" wide x 3" long in the closed position.
