This is a 17 Ton Screw Pin Anchor Shackle with a 1-1/2" Threaded Pin. It has approx 4" diameter inside the shackle. The dimension width clearance is approx 2-1/2" at the narrowest point where the pin threads through the shackle. This is USA Made. It has a marking of BTC on it WLL 17T.
