Hewlett - Packard Model 5221A Frequency Counter. Counter uses a BNC connector for the input and has controls that include Gate Selection (.1 second, 1 second, open and close), power on/off & sample rate with hold, sensitivity with a check position, and a reset button. Counter display is comprised of Nixie tubes.
Counter has been checked and found to work, but some of the nixie tubes are either out or missing segments, so some will need to be replaced.
