Used Vanguard Supreme Model 4SJ3/SE large diameter, single knit high speed, high production jersey and fleece machine. Can produce single jersey fabric for sports wear, leisure wear, underwear, and t-shirts, as well as feeder stripes, plaited fabrics, 2-yarn fleece, satin stitch, lacoste, crepe and twills. Can also produce 3-yarn tie in fleece for sports wear and leisure wear with 1 x 1; 2 x 1 and 3 x 1 needle selection, and with diagonal, crossover, random patterns or French terry. Specifications are as follows:
Machine comes equipped with a Uniwaive Projectile 419 lubricator and a filter flow 2000 air flow system to prevent the accumulation of line and debris in the needle and sinker sections, and a Mitsubishi E500, 5 HP 3/60/230 volt drive. New in 2001.
