This lot is a complete 'SCL' double stage lateral channel blower / exhauster setup from Vaculex, with an FPZ pump and Siemens motor. This unit was a spare part for a vacu-hoist box lifting setup. Cosmetic condition is Good overall. There are a few minor blemishes from being in a stock room for a couple of years, so we can't say for sure it's unused. The shaft of the motor spins smoothly by hand, even with the belt driven pump hooked up.
When we got this pump, it was wired for 460VAC 3 phase power input. We rewired it for 230VAC and connected it to our mains. It started easily and accelerated quickly. Without a vacuum lifter hooked up (no pressure differential across the pump) the air was screaming through the pump like a jet engine. The exhaust was a very strong, steady stream. The Siemens motor is a 230/460VAC 3phase model, with no dataplate; we have another set just like this. That motor is a 6.3kW unit, much more than required just to turn the impeller, and it sounded very strong.
