Diameter ............. It says 6.8mm on tag in the box, my calipers reads about 6.82mm diameter, which is also .268" Just a hair over 17/64" which is .265"
Shank Size .......... It has threads, probably metric, they measure 2.93mm in diameter, the threads are right hand
Condition ............. NEW but the box did get wet at one time so there is some light rust on the threads.
