I got this from someone that worked on the railroad
The brand is Koueffel & Esser Switzerland
There is also a piece in the box that has a different brand, but I don't know if it is to this tool or not?
It looks like part of a slide rule of some sort from researching all of this. I believe it does go with it since it has part of the same name on it
This comes in a velvety lined case
This was not tested if it's even something that can break, so I don't know if it can break or what it does.
