This unit is believed to be a spare part for an AMAT system, probably an etcher. The length is: 28.75" L (28.5" L w/out the flange). The flange O.D. is 10.25" (26.2 mm) with an I.D. of 4.25" (11 mm). The end of the tube has an O.D. of 4.5" (11.5 mm). The bolt-centers on the flange are 9.75" (24.5 mm). It is made out of Inconel which has a high resistance to oxidization.
