SigmaSeries Custom Function Module
~ TESTED IN A SUMMATION TESTFRAME - FULLY FUNCTIONAL ~
The CFN10 provides a means for the test engineer to develop and integrate specialized test circuitry into the SigmaSeries TestFrame. The CFN10 is a versatile prototyping card that incorporates an interface to the TestFrame’s internal system bus structure and provides access to the TestFrame’s power supplies. The CFN10, like all SigmaSeries modules, has it own device window and driver software with import/export capability. The IEEE-488 Window Generator may also be used to create special windows for the CFN10. Custom circuitry is controlled by passing 16 bit address and data words. Interrupts (SRQs) are also supported. In addition, the CFN10’s VME interface provides all bus buffering, handshaking and module level address decoding.
