Analog Devices AD7506KN 16-channel Analog Multiplexer. Never used. 28-pin Plastic DIP
16-channel analog mux with TTL level control inputs. Uses either +/-12V or +/-15V bipolar supplies. 300 ohm ON-resistance. It was intended to replace the older DG506 (made by siliconix, and others). The AD7506, itself, has long been obsolete. Its listed in my 1984 Analog Devices Databook, but not in my 1993 edition.
Digi-key Still carries a few, but list them for over $17 each, and they have no plans to re-stock once they run out of those.
I have not tested it. It has been in my personal inventory for over 20-years, but I have no need for it. It has stored in an anti-static rail, all that time. The photo is of a 'JN', which I'll sell later.
