Simpson Professional Solid State VOM / Multimeter #313-2. I have used this meter for many years. It has been in storage for a few years now and I see the batteries are weak. I have opened the case to see if the batteries have leaked
and they look fine, so I will leave it up to the new owner to replace them. The case is in very good physical condition. I see no cracks or chips and the front cover is nice and clear.I have never used it to check current and while I had the unit open I looked to see if
there were any burnt components, all looks fine. Its Simpson quality and I believe it has a few more life times to go.
