It has a WESTON meter calibrated in DECIBELS and MILIWATTS, a 4 positions rotary switch marked DECIBELS and a 40 positions rotary switch marked MULTIPLY BY. There are also 2 binding posts (one has the "screw-on" top part missing), a calibration label marked ON 12-15-78 and DUE 06-79, and 2 labels marked COLLINS, possible the company that owned this device.
