Large oven for powder coating operation.
Conveyorized oven for continuous process operation. (Conveyor not included in this offering but is listed separately as e-bay item No 170155309738
Oven footprint approximately 54 feet x 30 feet.
Will support a line speed in the area of 6 to 8 feet per minute (depending on product configuration).
Product openings are 30 inches wide x 60" high (plus hanger slot)
4 inch thick oven panels on sidewalls, ceiling and floor. These panels are very clean with no tar build-up on interior surfaces.
We are in process of removing this oven from operating location in Sanford, NC, and will take to our warehouse in Gaffney, SC. Dismantling will begin on Oct. 8, so if you want to see this oven standing, let us know as soon as possible and we will arrange for a showing.
Would consider selling oven panels and/or burner box separately, so ask if you have an interest in that by giving a call to Harold Patton at (***)-661-8601. There are about 78 side wall panels plus end panels, ceiling panels and floor panels. Most panels are 124" long x 28" wide. Panels manufactured by R J Mfg. of Iron Mountain, Mich. Panels sell new for about $7.25 per square foot, so each 124" x 28" panel would sell new for something in the area of $175.00/each. We will accept an offer at about half of that price.
Gas convection burner with gas train. Large heated air circulation fan. Two (2) air seal fans. Exhaust fan.
Controls are not included but can be furnished at a reasonable additional charge.
Currently set up with four (4) passes through the cure section of the oven, and one (1) pass through the dry-off section.
