This well made panel meter by Sifam appears to be one from their Clarity range. The dimensions are the same as the 42A type and can be seen here. The scale is marked up for dual use of voltage and current as shown.
Only a few of these meters left now - This one offered has some slight scratches on the face but they are not inline with the scale.
