Condition: Unfortunately only FAIR MINUS - No missing pages as far as I know, but cover is detached from pages, and some pages are loose. Also, edges of several pages have damage (possibly eaten by a mouse), and some soiling & water stains. Cover has missing corners and other wear, tear, and soiling plus rusty staples. The information on the pages is intact and not effected by damage described. Overall, though this is NOT in collectable condition.
