The box is in good condition with the inside being very clean. The outside is dirty from sitting in storage, but overall in good shape.
How did I get these? The company I work for. Many years ago they were going to make a push towards all metric, which never panned out. They spent tens of thousands of dollars on inspection equipment, and then changed their minds. This equipment was barely ever used, and then shoved in storage for the next dozen years. They were never going to be used, and were sold to me at a good price.
