WOW! Our consignor is manufacturing these ingenious implements for folks with tractors who need to move some dirt or gravel, but don't want the hassles of a bulky (and very expensive) front loader. The SCOOP is a three-point implement, hooks up in minutes, uses your tractor's hydraulic system, and works like a hose! If you can back up, you can grade, scoop, dump, and otherwise do small-scale landscape and road work. Did we say small-scale? Well, this 6' bucket will lift around 1/3 yard of dirt or sand, depending on moisture content (roughly 850 lb. payload). The largest SCOOP can hold nearly a yard!
Now, this is no Home Depot toy made of sheet steel. The SCOOP is constructed primarily of 1/4-inch plate steel. It's made for WORK. You're going to want a strong tractor to take advantage of this heavy-duty implement. The SCOOP's bucket rotation range is excellent for scraping, dragging, and scooping a bucketful of earth, sand, or gravel. Carry it to another site and slowly dump it, then grade it with the bucket edge.
Steel prices are up. Yes, you've seen this Scoop offered for $1,595, but those days are gone! And current prices are subject to the price of steel. This month, we're selling a six-foot model of The SCOOP, with a 13" height, which retails for $1,950, at a significant discount. It comes with the two hydraulic hoses and the 10x3 actuating cylinder. You put your own quick-connect ends on it; there are sooo many different ones! You can also specify the hitch class (1, 2, or 3). It comes painted Implement Yellow (John Deere color?), but you can specify a custom color for an optional fee (and a bit of a wait to get it painted). The SCOOP also comes in 8 foot by 15-inch (.66 yard capacity, weight 810 lb, 1750 lb. payload, $2,195), and 8 foot by 18" (.93 yard capacity, 882 lb, 2500 lb. payload, $2,395).
