STEP BY STEP COSHH (CONTROL OF SUBSTANCES HAZARDOUS TO HEALTH) ASSESSMENT TEMPLATE
This COSHH Assessment Template has been written by myself, a Health and Safety Practitioner specialising in the construction industry.
I have produced the following documents which can be seen in my shop to assist all sectors of business with their individual and demanding health and safety needs.

The aim and purpose of me producing the documents in this way is to provide a cost effective solution for businesses wishing to produce their own health and safety details without initially spending vast sums on consultancy and then passing it on to the consultant to do the whole thing, costing considerably more again (if it is consultancy you are looking for then drop me a line). These documents provide exactly what they need to - they are company specific and fully comply with all current health and safety legislation.
Each document is individually produced by myself using my vast experience, knowledge, skills and expertise in the area of health and safety management. All of the work is my own and consequently is under the cover of © Copyright laws, obviously which when you purchase you have full permission to reproduce for personal needs. This provides you with peace of mind, these documents are not mass produced or copied straight from somewhere else.
The Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 makes it a legal obligation that employers of 5
persons or more to have a written health and safety policy in place.
The Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 makes it a legal obligation that employers of

Again, like the method statements template, this is the pro forma I use when visiting clients to compile COSHH assessments. COSHH assessments are a legal requirement if using any material or substance which carries a hazard logo.
