The 7S11 Sampling Unit Without Sampling Head Plug-in is a single-channel vertical module using the sampling plug-in head concept for 7000-Series sampling oscilloscope systems. The 7S11 can be used in a variety of configurations. Single channel 2 mV to 200 mV per division with one 7T11A sampling timebase module or two 7S11's can be use with one 7T11A for dual channel sampling. A 10 ns delay range is available for comparing two signals in a dual channel combination. DC offset is from +1 to -1 VDC. Vertical signal out is 200 mV per displayed division within ±3%. The bandwidth and input impedance are determined by the S-Series sampling head chosen to use in your system.
The 7T11 Sampling Sweep Plug-In is a timebase module that provides equivalent-time and real-time horizontal deflection for single-trace or dual-trace vertical sampling modules for use in the Tektronix 7000-Series mainframes. The unit provides 10 ps/div to 5 ms/div time positions with ±3% accuracy. The triggering range is from approximately 10Hz (the sequential mode) to above 12.4GHz. No pretrigger is required as the 7T11 has an internal trigger source from 5kHz to 500MHz. The unit has an external HF sync from 1GHz to 12.4GHz and a positive pulse amplitude of at least 400 mV into 50-ohms with a risetime of better than 2.5 ns. The 7T11 is a companion unit for the 7S11.
The 7B15 Delta Delaying Time Base Plug-In is a horizontal time base designed for use with the 7100-Series mainframes to provide optimum bandwidth/sweep speed compatibility, but may also be used with the 7800 and 7900-Series mainframes.
