USED: DCI processor kettle, 1000 gallon, 304 stainless steel, vertical. 84" diameter x 36" straight side. Dish top, 40" coned bottom. Insulated, dimple jacketed. Anchor style agitator with plastic scrapers, driven by an approx 2 hp gearmotor, ratio 265:1, output rpm approx 6.5/13. Stainless steel agitator bridge, 2 spray balls, adjustable baffle. Openings: top (2) 2-1/2", 3-1/2", 5" tri- clamp, 19" manway with cover; 3-1/2" tri-clamp center bottom outlet. Mounted on 4 stainless steel legs. Approx 20" discharge height.
