This collector set includes one each of the following: (1) Toshiba TCD143D Charge-Couple Device in very unique 22-Pin Package and full window exposing the CCD microchip (very nice part datecode 1991), (2) National Semiconductor DP8390CN LAN NODE CONTROLLER dated 1989 in 48-Pin package, (3) Intel P80C31BN 8-bit CPU 128X8 in 40-Pin package, (4) Fujitsu MB8416A-15L SRAM 2Kx8 CMOS 150ns in 24-Pin package (1983), (5) Oki MSM80C48-95RS 8-bit Microcontroller 256X8 in 40-Pin package and (6) National Semiconductor NS405-B12N IC in 48-Pin package.
