USED: Baker Perkins twin screw extruder. 50 mm screw diameter, model MP2050. Approximate 25:1 L/D ratio. Co-rotating screw design. Clamshell design, 5 zone electrically heated, water cooled barrel sections. Water cooled feed section, (1) die section. Approximate 44" centerline height. Driven by a 50 hp, 3/60/230/460 volt, 1770 rpm hydraulic power pack thru a gearbox, no ratio. Includes a control panel with Newport and Omega controllers. (1) Brabender feeder, model H12/DD8-20/25AR, (1) Brabender feeder, model VDS-A/30-T-EX and (1) liquid system with tank and pump. Built 1996.
